DP4 is currently offered as an early-stage pilot for evaluation and testing. Features may change, be incomplete, or be temporarily unavailable. Do not rely on DP4 as a sole record for clinical, medical, or safety-critical decisions during the pilot.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. If you register on behalf of an ABA center, you confirm you are authorized to do so and to accept these terms for that organization.
You agree not to:
DP4 and its software, design, and content are owned by DP4 and its licensors. Content you provide remains yours; you grant DP4 a limited license to use it solely to operate and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
The pilot is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we do not guarantee uptime or that data will be preserved during the pilot.
You may stop using DP4 and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service or its users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DP4 is provided without warranties during the pilot, and DP4 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from use of the pilot service.
These terms may be updated before general availability. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy.
